We will begin our 30 day Paleo challenge on October 1st!!! This challenge is intended to help create smart, clean eating habits. There are variations of Paleo eating habits but the core is to eliminate processed foods. Participants will weigh-in and have BF Measurements taken prior to the start of the challenge.      This past weekend, January 9th, 10th and 11th, Centric Gear and Solutions Group International, put together the first ever Tactical Obstacle Course presented at the OC Throwdown. We worked together with several volunteers to create a challenging yet fun Obstacle Course for anyone attending the Throwdown.          Despite the rain, many brave contestants stepped up to try it out!
